This award is presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the CSI awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction, pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers, and rate a standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher customer satisfaction.
